Q: Do you have local dealer/agent/wholesaler/distributor in my country?
Please keep in touch with us by email and tell us your location. We will inform you of more information according to your location.
Q: How can I gain UMOVAL franchise and become a local dealer in my city?
Firstly, please submit your application form on the page of https://www.umoval.com/contact-us/how-to-be-our-agents.
Secondly, our team will keep in touch with you and check your business status.
Thirdly, our team will recommend franchise type to you according to your conditions.
Q: Can I gain UMOVAL sole franchise in my whole country?
No. The sole franchise opportunity will not be authorized to a dealer if your country is too big. But as for local dealer with strong investment and marketing ability in some small country, the sole franchise will be authorized to you by contract in some period.
Q: Can I gain UMOVAL franchise in my state or province?
Yes. But the sole franchise will not be authorized to you if there are too many cities in your state or province.
Q: Are there any franchise supports when I have become a local agent?
Yes. Franchise supports will be supplied to local agents, including store design and decoration, store signboard and marketing study and training etc.
Q: Can I customize the APP or Software language and UI display?
Yes, we can customize the APP or Software language according to your text translation. And we can also do UI design of the APP or Software. But the order quantity must be big enough. In addition, there are multiple languages for IP cameras. But we have to customize the software for parking system if there are any special requirements in your local market. There may be extra software developing fees on custom the software.
